Registration fees include

Payment information
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card. Payment via AMEX or Diners credit cards will be charged to your account in USD, according to exchange rate to the EUR on the date of payment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Until December 31, 2026 : 100% refund (less €50 handling fee)
From January 1, 2027: 50% refund
No refund on cancellations after January 25, 2027
Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the COPHy 2027 Congress. Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
