Registration fees include

Participation in scientific sessions, mini program, entrance to all coffee breaks and lunches as per the Congress program, in addition to a cocktail on Friday, April 4, 2025 in the exhibition area.

*Trainees – Refers to non-tenured junior scientists. Registration forms must be accompanied by a letter from the head of the department, confirming their status. The letter should be printed on a department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the Congress.
** Nurses & Students registrations include: participation in scientific sessions, mini program, entrance to all coffee breaks and lunches as per the Congress program.
*** Developing countries are defined according to the World Bank Country Classification of Low income and Lower-middle-income economies; click here to see the Country Classification data.

**** Industry representative from non-sponsoring company or organization.

Payment information
Payment of registration fees  can be made through this website using a credit card. Payment via AMEX or Diners credit cards will be charged to your account in USD, according to exchange rate to the EUR on the date of payment.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Until January 20, 2025:  100% refund (less €50 handling fee)
From January 21, 2025: 50% refund
No refund on cancellations after February 28, 2025

Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the COPHy 2024 Congress. Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
