CME Accreditation
For CME accreditation scanning the entry and exit QR codes outside the halls is mandatory. If you do not scan you will not be able to update retroactively and will not be able to claim all your CME credits.
Certificate of Attendance
After the congress participants will receive an email with a link to the EACCME Evaluation Questionnaire which must be completed in order to claim CME accreditation points and to automatically receive the CME Certificate of Attendance.
Photography & Recording Policy
Participants are asked to be respectful of their colleagues by turning off all cell phones and PDA devices before entering meeting rooms. Cameras and all other recording devices are strictly prohibited in all session halls and in the Exhibition Area.
Visas
Prior to booking flights, registrants are strongly advised to confirm with their travel agent and/or Italian Consulate/Embassy in your country for exact details and visa application procedures as soon as possible. Visa processing times can vary.
Participants are highly recommended to apply for Tourist Visa; the organizing committee of the event cannot issue any official letters of invitation for your Business visa application due to Italian regulations.
ComtecMed will not be responsible for any cancellations or delays caused by authorities due to a lack of Visa or other required documentation.
Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the COPHy 2024. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
